Global Zawiyah Network
The Ma’rifa Foundation is excited to invite you to the Global Zawiyah Network.
Zawiyahs, spiritual retreats, are powerful ways to retreat into the corner with the Divine and quietly let yourself be held by Divine Love and Mercy. This practice is a beautiful way to walk through whatever life brings to you and find a sense of inner peace, freedom, and a return to inner and outer balance.
The Global Zawiyah Network is a network of Sufi brothers and sisters who are trained to hold zawiyahs around the world. These zawiyahs, or Sufi spiritual retreats, help each participant enter the corner with Allah and find deep healing, inner growth, and divine insights and wisdom.

Coming in early 2025, anyone longing to attend a zawiyah will be able to use the Ma’rifa website to find members of the Global Zawiyah Network.
Find a Zawiyah Leader
Coming in late 2024 or early 2025, anyone longing to attend a zawiyah will be able to use the Ma’rifa website to find members of the Global Zawiyah Network with whom you can connect. You can see by whom your heart is called to be held and reach out directly to that individual. All questions about individual zawiyah offerings should be directed to that zawiyah leader.
