Global Zawiyah Network
In summer 2024, the Ma’rifa Foundation began to launch our Global Zawiyah Network. Zawiyahs, spiritual retreats, are powerful ways to retreat into the corner with the Divine and quietly let yourself be held by Divine Love and Mercy. This practice is a beautiful way to walk through whatever life brings to you and find a sense of inner peace and freedom.
The Global Zawiyah Network is a network of Sufi brothers and sisters who are trained to hold zawiyahs and offers them support, professional development, a place to be in community together, and more. In the fall of 2024, we hope to announce our first members. Those seeking zawiyah time can use this as a resource to find a zawiyah retreat near you.
